  • Cancellation Policy:

    We understand that life is unpredictable. In the event you need to cancel or rescehdule, please be sure to give a 24 hour notice to avoid a $120.00 fee. The same fee applies to all missed sessions, including those that are pre-paid. This policy helps me manage my schedule and offer the best service to all our clients.

  • Securing Your Session:

    When booking a sessions directly with Latifa (not through the website) a credit or debit card is required to secure your session. No session fee is charged to the card until after the session is completed.

  • What to Ask Your Animals

    The most common questions people ask their animals can be, how are they feeling physically, mentally and emotionally? Do they know how much I love them? How can I make the happier? Why do they do that weird thing?

  • How does a phone session work?

    For all phone sessions, I ask you to take a new face view photo of all of your animals you would like to chat with and text them to me at 502-641-4119 along with their name.

    Please create a list of questions you would like to ask and keep those with you for the session.

  • Gift Card Expiration Policy

    All Gift Cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • Travel Fee

    For in-home sessions a travel fee may apply depending on the location of the client. Once your session is booked, Latifa will reach out to confirm your address.

  • Do I Have To Be With My Animal(s) During The Session?

    When booking a phone session, you do not have to be physically with the animals for the session. I simply use the photo to connect so it does not matter where you are at the time we chat.

  • How Should I Prepare For A Session

    Regardless of the type of session you book, I ask all clients to prepare a list of questions you would like to ask and keep the questions with you for the session. I do not need to know anything prior to the reading
