Make time to sit quietly and write down on a piece of paper and write out everything you are dealing with. Putting it in black and white can help you discover more clearly what has got you so upset, rattled and stressed.
You have the right to be happy and healthy. Take time to breathe. Only you can do this for you. Your animals feel your stress. Help them by helping you.
