Scheduling a Session

Please remember that this is my only source of income. I do this work because I LOVE what I do and respect the gift and ability to help humans and their animals.

Its has gotten increasingly worse over the past two years that people will schedule a session and disrespect the cancellation or missed session policy.

I simply ask if you need to cancel or reschedule, please be sure to give a 24 hour notice. That gives me the opportunity to allow someone on the wait list to take to fill in that time slot.

For new clients, I have no choice to ask for either the session be paid for at the time of booking or a valid debit or credit be provided.

Please be sure, I am not happy in any way about the policy change, but It is imperative I protect my source of income since new clients scheduling have become disrespectful, rude and threatening.

I am asking for everyone's understanding. I want to keep doing this work and want to keep serving all of you to the best of my ability.
