It's important to take time and find laughter in your world. Your animals know your energy, when you are sad, depressed, happy, fearful etc. They know what you are feeling although they may not know why.
Watch a funny video, or a funny movie and remind yourself that laugher is the best medicine.
Spend time away from the news, the drama and trama of the world. Enjoy the love and the laughter your animals want to provide to you. Find new games to play with them. Engage them on a happy lighter note, so to speak. Remember, most of your animals worry about how you are feeling and what you are going through.
