Mercury In Retrograde has just ended. THANK GOD everyone is saying. This past three weeks has been a rough one. If you had a rough go of it, things should now begin to smooth out.

It's important to take some time and regroup. Be extra kind to yourself. You may need a couple days to get back to being you. Slow down a moment, breathe, gather your thoughts.

Meditation is a great way to rebalance everything about you and helps you gather yourself again.

As we move into the Holiday Season we find ourselves more stressed, overwhelmed and feeling some feelings which seem to come out of no where. Please take care of YOU. After the Holidays we sometimes need to regroup as well. It's even ok to regroup during the next couple months!

Breathe, breathe, breathe. Picture your feet growing roots to the center of the earth. Breathe. That is one of the quick ways to ground.
