Scheduling Your Personal Consultation
You can schedule your personal consultation either by telephone or by email. You
can reach Latifa at 502-641-4119 or by email at friends@animalscantalk.com. Latifa strives to return emails within a 24 hour period.
Payment Options and Policies
I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
cash, personal check and/or money orders for all in-person consultations. Complete payment is due upon the completion
of your session.
All consultations conducted via telephone are required to be paid in advance. You
can pre-pay with your Visa, MasterCard, American
Express or Discover credit card or you can send me your personal check or a money order prior to your consultation. All checks and/or money orders must be received
prior to your scheduled session. You can mail

Missed and Canceled Appointments
Please Note: A 24 hour cancellation notice is required
for all scheduled animal consultations. Without such notice, all scheduled and/or missed appointments will be charged a flat
$30.00 fee.
